I mean, I know everyone knows that already. But seriously, I have a hard time even finishing a 1/4-cup serving these days. (Since I always pair protein + carb for every meal and snack, the almonds aren’t ever all that I’m eating.) I think from now on I’m going to cut back to 1/8-cup servings for snacks.
