Because that one bad day is still better than every day before you decided to get fit..
Think about it.
My eating disorder is killing me right now. All I can see and feel and hate is the fat on my body. I want to remember this…I NEED to remember this but all I feel like I need to do right now is to get back in control.
And I don’t know HOW though.
