I just jogged/walked for 30min.

And it was painful. My ears are popping from the wind and the cold. 

And it was fantastic. I pushed myself to jog another round around my semi-cres neighbourhood. 

I was never a runner. But it’s time to change that. Change everything.

Push yourself when you exercise. Your body is a lot stronger than it looks. Your body is stronger than your mind. Keep that in mind.

Good night. Getting 8 hours. And then it’s oatmeal tomorrow morning.

My total caloric intake tomorrow will be 1000cal. I will go jogging again.
